This apartment is located in the lower level of a quiet condominium building with a pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts.

Quiet and cozy sitting area, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with 5 burner stove and large oven, microwave and refrigerator - and most importantly, your own (spacious) pantry cabinet.

All the house related bills are included in your rent (Wi-Fi, Swimming pool access, Electronic door access, and monthly professional cleaner who cleans the entire apartment common areas).

The rooms are unfurnished. Parking is available on the street and in the private condo parking lot.

2. This home is a non-smoking, non-party, no pets, no couples, no drama home.

3. All payments must be done via direct deposit and by its due date.

4. Each tenant is responsible to keep their room reasonably clean, as well as to clean after themselves after the use of the home common areas – at all times.

• Is a large-medium 12x14 bedroom space.

• It has a closet space of 5x3, plus tons of wall hocks.

• This bedroom is currently empty.

• Full amount to move in: $ 1,800

 

 

Important Information for You, Our New Housemate

Each room is only available for up to 1 person per occupancy.

Each room is only available for those who are currently verifiably employed.

We will run a background check on new housemates for the safety of all housemates.

Rental length is a minimum of 1-year.
