This rental is ideal for a single, busy professional who seek a quiet place to live, cook a home-made meal and rest while been a few miles away from Fairfax, Tysons, DC by bus, metro or car

 

All roommates have been here longer than 3 years, they are between 30 and 44 years old with busy lives but who are friendly, reliable, peaceful and with clean habits

Each room is been occupied by 1 person who likes to keep the apartment clean by weekly cleaning it (each bedroom is responsible to tide up the common areas one week out of the month) and keeping noise down and wearing earphones for TV and music speakers and other electronics.

This apartment feels like a home and it is a non-smoking, non-party, drama-free home.

About the Apartment

​

The apartment is located in the lower level of a quiet condominium building with a pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts

​

Quiet and cozy sitting area, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen with 5 burner stove and large oven, microwave and refrigerator - and most importantly, your own (spacious) pantry cabinet

​

All the house related bills are included in your rent (Wi-Fi, Swimming pool access, Electronic door access, and monthly professional cleaner who cleans the entire apartment common areas)

​

The room is being rented unfurnished

 

Parking spots inside the condominium is free, available upon request, and renewed every yearly

​

Laundry Room: At Woodburn Village Condominium no apartment has their own laundry room. Washer and Dryer is located at our floor level and cost $1.25-1.50 per load. There are a few washes and dryers available in the room for use from 6am to 11pm*.

 About the Rental Application

​
The entire rental process is done online, completed between 48 hours to about 7 business days with payment done with any credit card or debit card. The required and non-refundable background check is $75.00 All are welcome to apply for the rental, however, this apartment isn't wheelchair accessible. All applicants must have valid state ID and proof of employment.

Step 3. Request the Application form and submit your tenancy background check authorization

About the Leasing
                         

1. Due on signing the lease are the first & last months’ + 1 month worth in security deposit = 3X time your rent value is required to move-in

2. Lease starts on the 1st of the month

3. If you move-in after the 1st of the month, your first month will be prorated

4. All the rent process is done online and all payments are done electronically

5. Each tenant is responsible to keep their room reasonably clean, as well as to clean after themselves after the use of the home common areas – at all times

6. ​Roommates are verifiably employed and background checked

7. Rental length is for a minimum of 1-year.

8. This a pet-friendly apartment but currently with no pets

9. Included in the rent are all apartment utility bills and the 1x month common areas clean-up service

10. Each bedroom comes with 1 included vehicle parking permit's for free parking inside the community.

 

This is a co-ed place with responsible, busy and mature adults who are friendly and drama-free

No smoking is allowed in the room, apartment or inside the building
